Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel there — not inside the app:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Valerius → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Valerius → Cancel subscription.

You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Valerius, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

Open the app and go to Profile / Settings → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days — you can restore it any time before then by signing back in. Deletion removes your uploaded screenshots, sessions, and profile.

When you upload a screenshot of a profile or chat, Valerius sends that image and text to our AI providers — Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and Anthropic (Claude) — solely to generate suggestions and analysis for you. Under our agreements, your data is not used to train their models, and it is deleted when you delete the session or your account.
